Over one hundred fifty delegates at the forum, that started on August 11 2010, came up with a number of resolutions and recommendations to the state government.
Among the issues raised by the delegates there are concerns for the referendum, with mention that all levels of government should be involved in civic education.

A draft recommendation and resolution, read to the governor by Ms. Kuyang Logo, UNDP representative, spells out that every citizen should be informed on the referendum law.
The participants also urged people to turn up in big numbers for registration and vote during the referendum time.
