South Sudan gets six million dollars to fight climate change

Global Environment Facility awarded six million US Dollars to the ministry of Environment to address effects of climate change.
 
Environment minister Deng Deng Hoch says the donation will be used to plant trees and establish alternative water sources, Radio Bakhita reported.
 
He adds that his ministry is working to adapt a national environmental framework to tackle natural disasters caused by climate change.
