Norway calls for implementation of peace agreement

The Norwegian Ambassador to South Sudan calls on the country’s leaders to implement the peace agreement to realize development.
 
Ambassador Tone Tinnes says return of peace to the country will help address food shortage and the looming economic crisis, Radio Bakhita reported.
 
Meanwhile FAO Deputy Country representative Abdul Harim says Norway contributed about seven million US Dollars for buying agricultural tools and seeds in 2016.
 
He said the contribution will help the Organization to fight hunger in South Sudan.
