The National Health Ministry is conducting two-day training of trainers’ workshop for health workers in Wau on leadership and management.
The Western Bahr El Ghazal training is financed by Health Pool Fund, Radio Voice of Hope reported.
State Minister for Health Isaac Cleto says the workshop will build the capacity of the county health workforce.
Elodie Brandamir is the Health Pool Fund Senior Program Manager. She says the project aims to improve management of County Health Departments.
Catharine Peter Batala, one of the participants, stresses the need to improve accommodation and roads to help health management in counties.
Health Pool Fund is funding several health projects in Western Bahr El Ghazal.
