The National Healing, Peace and Reconciliation Committee is preparing to hand over files to the Truth, Reconciliation and Healing Commission.
The move is to pave way for the implementation of the peace agreement the Government and SPLM/A-In-Opposition signed in August.
The Committee Chairman Archbishop Daniel Deng Bul in a statement says they are ready to transfer files to the Truth Commission as soon as it comes into operation.
He adds that the committee will continue working for peace and reconciliation after the handover through South Sudan Council of Churches.
The Archbishop urges South Sudanese to accept one another.
