World Health Organization, WHO, is training 45 hospital managers in administration skills.
The training is taking place in Western Bahr el Ghazal States, says Benjamin Chamola of WHO.
He explains that the workshop aims at teaching hospital staff amongst other things record keeping and human resource management.
Dr Chamola advises participants to develop work plans and improve hospitals in general.
Western Bahr el Ghazal Health Minister, Isaac Cleto Hassan, tells the trainees to improve services.
He advises the participants to implement the new skills.
