The government says the peace Agreement on the Resolution of Conflict in South Sudan signed in august is incomplete without signatures of the other political parties in the country.

Government spokesperson Michael Makuei Lueth tells the press on Thursday in Juba that the agreement would not move ahead without political parties’ representation in the institutions, Radio Bakhita reports.

He says they completed the agreement with the security arrangements in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The spokesperson says the SPLM/A in Opposition advanced delegation is expected in Juba in mid November to start implementation of the deal.

Political parties did not attend the final peace agreement signing in August in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa.
