Parliament prays for divine intervention in 28 states’ creation

Aleu Ayieng Aleu calls God in different rare names asking for wisdom, mercy, salvation, justice, healing and peace, Radio Bakhita reported.
 
The Member of Parliament or MP attributes the national conflicts, corruption, destruction, fear and negative influences to lack of holy virtues and the presence of dark kingdom of demonic powers reigning in the country.
 
MP Aleu asks God to send angels of deliverance, protection and healing for the nation.
 
President Salva Kiir on October 2 issued an order for the establishment of 28 states in South Sudan out of the current ten under decentralized system of governance; drawing mixed reactions from citizens pitting one another in support and protest against it.
 
International bodies and opposition political parties condemn the 28 states’ creation for violation of August 26 peace deal and 2011 transitional constitution.
