The people of Lakes state have been called upon to mourn the death of Dr Samson Kwaje who has been serving as the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry.
Addressing the press yesterday, the Governor of Lakes State Chol Tong Mayay officially called upon the people of lakes to mourn the minister of Agriculture and Fisheries for three days. He added that the death of Samson Kwaje is sad news to the people of south Sudan, who have lost a model.
The minister of information in the Lakes State Government, Mr. Marik Nanga Marik, also acknowledged the importance of Dr Samson Kwaje saying that he was very instrumental to the people of Southern Sudan. Mr. Marik sent condolences to the family of late Dr Samson Kwaje, calling on them to forge ahead with life.
The youths of Lakes state also expressed their feeling on the death of Dr Samson Kwaje.
Mr. Gabriel Mabor Chuot, the Chairman of the SPLM Youth league for Matangai Constituency, said the death of Dr Samson Kwaje has affected the young generation because he contributed a lot during the liberation struggle.
