Central Equatoria new ministers take oath of office

Central Equatoria newly appointed ministers on Tuesday were sworn-in before the Caretaker Governor Juma Ali Malou after the State Parliament vetted appointees.
 
Speaking after the swearing in ceremony, Governor Ali Malou urges his new cabinet to serve the public with interest, warning them against misconduct and favoritism, Radio Bakhita reported.
 
Governor Malou calls on new ministers to put aside their political differences and strive for the unity of all citizens in the country.
 
Cabinet and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Hastin Yokwe on behalf of the cabinet vows to adhere to the State Constitution, calling on his colleagues to look beyond physical and material benefits and work for the good of the people.
 
Governor Juma Ali Malou issued a decree on September 29 sacking the cabinet of the former Governor Clement Wani Konga.
