The head of European Union or EU delegation to South Sudan urges the government and civil society organizations to expedite the process of disseminating the peace agreement document to the grass roots.
Ambassador Stefano De Leo appeals to faith-based groups, all stakeholders and the government to help the public in understanding the peace document, calling on South Sudanese to building confidence, Radio Bakhita reported.
Government Spokesperson Michael Makuei Lueth calls on all South Sudanese to embrace the peace agreement, own and support its implementation rather than waiting for the international community to put pressure.
The two officials made the statements during the breakfast prayers organized by National Parliament in Juba on Wednesday.
