El Obeid Catholic Diocesan Education Coordinator encourages teachers in the Nuba Mountains’ region to provide quality education to learners.
Sister Cathy Solano on Monday while appreciating teachers for their commitment advised them to persist in maintaining high standard of education to build a developed Nuba society for the upcoming generation, Radio Voice of Peace reported.
Sister Solano says education is a long term investment process that needs hard work and many resources, inciting teachers to be patient, strong and committed to build quality education in the nation.
The Education Coordinator calls on youth from Kumbur Payam displaying low turn up in the College to enroll in the Teachers’ Training Institution for the betterment of their children and service for their own people.
She announces that a second batch of teachers will graduate in St Daniel Comboni Teachers’ Training College in October.
