Christians in Buya Administrative Area of Budi County on Tuesday witnessed consecration of St Theresa of the Child Jesus, Loriok Chapel at Camp -15 of Torit Catholic Diocese.
Torit Apostolic Administrator Monsignor Thomas Oliha says the Chapel Fr Alfred Loguti helped to build is the first in Buya area, Radio Emmanuel reported.
Appreciating the efforts of Fr Loguti, the Apostolic Administrator notes that building the Chapel is preaching peace of Jesus Christ among the Buya and Toposa.
Monsignor Oliha cites challenges of few clergy all over the Diocese, appealing to families to send their boys and girls to seminaries and convents to become priests, brothers and sisters to serve in the Church.
