Thousands of Christians of St Vincent De Paul Gumbo Parish of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba on Sunday turned up to celebrate their patron’s feast.
Presiding over the Eucharistic celebration, Auxiliary Bishop Santo Loku Pio urges Christians to emulate St Vincent De-Paul because all is created to be good to one another, Radio Bakhita reported.
Bishop Loku believes that all faithful are blessed with different gifts, urging them to use their senses for the good of humanity.
St Vincent De-Paul feast witnessed over 40 catechumens receiving their First Holy Communion.
