A health official said payment of salary in time motivated his staff to work better.
Talking to SCR news, Simon Sekwat, the manager of Kator Primary Health Care Center (PHCC) in Juba said his staff is highly motivated by the timely current payment of Salary.
Mr. Sekwat assured the public that health workers would deliver good health services to the citizens, but he lamented improper drug and medical supply across the state.
He said the drugs brought to his center are not relevant to the diseases in the area.
Kator Primary Health Care Center was among the 3 centers handed to the on July 26 2010.
