Organization for Socio Economic Transformation or OSET, a community-based group in Yei River County of Central Equatoria State is urging citizens to always participate in the constitution making process.
The Organization’s Programme Manager Malish Steven Cosmas during the capacity building of chiefs, youth, women, church leaders and government officials on the role of citizens in the review process under the theme: ‘Understanding your country’s constitution’ tells participants to take the course seriously, Radio Easter reported.
The three-day capacity building course which started on Monday is expected to conclude on Wednesday.
