Rumbek State Hospital Medical Director reported increasing number of malaria cases in the facility.
Dr Barnaba Bol said the months of September and October always witness rising number of patients suffering from malaria especially children and the elderly, Radio Good News reported.
He said the State Hospital is facing problems of drugs and that the anti-malarial medicines the government supplied are not enough to treat increasing cases.
Rumbek State Hospital authorities set up emergency tents to accommodate the huge number of malaria patients.
