Two Priests of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba on Sunday commemorated their sixth year anniversary of priestly service at St Theresa’s Cathedral Kator.

Archbishop of Juba Paolino Lukudu Loro who presided over the Eucharistic celebration reminded the faithful of the importance of priests, brothers and sisters, calling on youth to join St Lawrence Minor Seminary to become priests, Radio Bakhita reported.

Fr Erkolano Lodu described the event as recognition of the presence of God among the people, appealing to the Archdiocesan faithful to continue supporting them through prayers.

Fr Johnson Jada while expressing the joy of celebrating six years of services also cited robbery along Juba-Rokon road as a challenge facing his pastoral duties.

Archbishop Lukudu ordained the two priests in 2009 at St Theresa’s Cathedral Kator.
