The Organization for Socio-Economic Transformation or OSET is telling South Sudan citizens to always value public lectures in order to share pressing issues affecting them.
The Organization’s Program Manager, Malish Steven Cosmas, laments that many citizens always neglect public lectures though it could provide a very important opportunity to share best solutions to tackle challenges, Radio Easter reported.
Mr Malish says the one-day lecture organized under the theme: ‘Bill of rights, every ones responsibility’ aims at helping women to understand their rights as stipulated in the national Transitional Constitution.
The Program Manager decries that many rural people lack Transitional Constitution knowledge due to few copies.
The lecture brought participants from Tore Payam of Yei River County and the municipality.
