The Council of Civil Society Organizations Security, Peace and Reconciliation for Civilians’ Safety in Malakal, Upper Nile State disclosed a plan to conduct its second peace building conference.
The Council Chairperson Matthew B Chol said their emergency consultative gathering on Friday was on how to conduct series of meetings to prepare for the second conference in the state, Radio Sawt Al Mahabba reported.
He said the conference aims to build trust among communities after the conflict that started on December 15 2013.
Mr Bi called on the returnees to participate in the conference rebuilding community’s trust and peaceful coexistence before Addis Ababa Peace Agreement.
The consultation meeting started on Friday and is expected to conclude on Sunday.
