Bishop Hiiboro says governors’ reshuffle happened when people have a lot of expectations on peace, urging citizens of Western Equatoria to accept the changes with joy and continue building peace in South Sudan.
The Catholic prelate appreciates the leadership and administration of the former Governor Bangasi Joseph Bakosoro whom he describes as ‘a gift not only for Western Equatoria State, but South Sudan at large’.
