The former Vice president of the Republic and President of the High Executive Council said southerners are mature enough to decide what to choose in the 2011 referendum.Mr. Joseph Lagu told SCR news that he would not teach southerners what to choose because they are mature to decide in the referendum. He advised southern Sudanese to meditate and vote wisely, because this opportunity comes once and must not be wasted.
He denied that people are ignorant of what to choose in the referendum.
Mr. Lagu came to Juba from Khartoum about three years ago.
