The feast of Our Lady of Assumption parish feast Eucharistic celebration on Saturday attracted hundreds of Christians.
Auxiliary Bishop of Abuja in Nigeria Anselm Umoren who presided over the mass, urged Christians to be patient amidst challenges in life, Radio Emmanuel reported.
Our Lady of Assumption Parish Priest Noel Ugwogu disclosed that they invited some priests from East Africa to attend the event.
The feast of the parish on August 15 was observed under the theme: ‘Together let’s celebrate womanhood, together let’s dignify motherhood, together let’s celebrate the mother of God’.
