Central Equatoria Gender and Social Development Minister said negligence and lack of encouragement contributed to low female participation in sports activities.
Mary Apayi Ayiga while speaking during Yei Central FC farewell gathering lamented that sports grounds are neglected during demarcations across the country, Radio Easter reported.
She says citizens can only fight tribalism and disunity through sports, urging them, government and partners to take serious and develop to international level.
