European Union to train human resource managers in Rumbek

European Union Technical Assistance Tapping Potentials or EU TAPP project scheduled to train participants from Tuesday through Wednesday in Rumbek, Lakes State on practices of human resource management.
 
The two-day training includes nominal roles, structures of counties and recruitment, which impact on payroll management of state, counties in the whole country.
 
It aims to address the existing capacity gaps exhibited by payroll managers in Lakes State and all its counties.
 
The notice CRN got on Thursday said EU TAPP project is building capacities of payroll managers to better perform their responsibilities and fully manage their resources.
 
The National Transitional Constitution devolves power and budget responsibilities to Local Governments authorities to improve service delivery at all levels.
