A two-day conference aimed to bridge the existing information gap about the forthcoming referendum through awareness creation.
The event is organized by the civil organization known as My Referendum for Freedom (MRF), under the theme “Your Vote, Your Future”.
MRF targets mainly community-based organizations and youth groups, and is operating across the ten states of Southern Sudan.
Mr. Kur Ayuen, the MRF Campaign Manager, told Sudan Tribune that his organization aimed to ensure that the message on the referendum is fully understood by southerners across the world.
The event would kick off from July 28 to 29 in Juba.
