St Joseph Minor Seminary Former Rector Fr John Gbemboyo on Sunday handed over files and full responsibility to his successor Fr Miambu Seth at Naagori Quasi-parish in Yambio.
Fr Gbemboyo urged the new Rector to guide Seminarians and be faithful to God, encouraging them to cooperate with the incoming Rector and be prayerful, hardworking and focused on individual mission to the seminary, Radio Anisa reported.
The new Rector Fr Seth promised to be obedient to his senior priests and the Bishop, exhorting the seminarians to cooperate, unite, love one another and be disciplined.
The seminarians bed farewell to the outgoing Rector and welcomed the new one with joyful songs and poems.
Fr John Gbemboyo who is preparing to go for further studies served as Rector of St Joseph Seminary and Priest in Charge of Naagori Quasi-Parish for two years.
