Deng Nhial Primary School head master in Tonj South of Warrap State Santino Wol Manheim says water shortage in his school is remaining a major challenge.
He says he wrote a letter to the Payam Administrator requesting for a borehole in February, but did not get any response until now, Radio Don Bosco reported.
The head master laments that pupils in his school either fetch stagnant water or go to far locations to get drinking water.
Mr Manheim requests county authorities and NGOs to provide hand pump in the school to avoid drinking dirty water.
Deng Nhial Primary is a government mixed school enrolling 416 students.
