Catholic Bishops of South Sudan Secretary Fr Charles Abbud told CRN on Monday that they started receiving some Bishops and Apostolic Administrators to collectively face the crisis the country undergoing.
Fr Abbud says the meeting is also an opportunity for the Bishops to dedicate resources and wisdom to help the national government realize peace and pray for the people of Western Equatoria who are facing insecurity.
The Secretary calls on South Sudanese to have hope that the Catholic Bishops will come out with something good for the benefit of the whole country.
Catholic Bishops of South Sudan in their previous meeting chaired by Archbishop Paolino Lukudu Loro called for peace and described the war as evil in the country.
