Lieutenant-General Pieng Deng Kuol expects every citizen to celebrate the Independence Day wherever he or she may be.
The Inspector General urges the civil population to cooperate with security organs in any searching for the safety of all.
He orders organized forces to surrender guns to authorized places, warning that anyone who carrying gun without authorization will be considered as illegal.
