Young Women Christian Association advises married women to join school, warning youths to desist from idleness and concentrate on reading books for future generation.
Association Representative Grace Justin Apollo upon her return from South Africa in an African Union summit urges young people to prioritize education and stop early marriages, Radio Anisa reported.
She says the summit resolves to empower women to minimize early marriages and school dropout, tasking government to take responsibility of offering free education to fight illiteracy.
The representative commits to working hand in hand with the government of Western Equatoria State and South Sudan to ensure the implementation of AU resolution on women empowerment.
