History would help sensitize citizens in Southern Sudan to decide well in the coming referendum, a Member of Parliament said.
Talking to SCR news, the controller of Central Equatoria state Parliament Robert Isaiah Lomude said that citizens at the grass root need to be informed of the past history to determine their future.

Mr. Isaiah advised stakeholders and intellectuals in Southern Sudan to pass the message of separation to the population in Southern Sudan clearly.

Mr. Lomude concluded that many citizens in Southern Sudan are not learned enough to interpret some figurative statements.

He urged all stake holders to use simple language during the dissemination of information on the referendum.
