Western Equatoria State Christian and Muslim Leaders say a report shows that in the recent clashes there is no difference between soldiers and armed pastoralists in the killing of innocent civilians.
The religious leaders urge the national government to mix up different tribes in security operations, Anisa Radio reported.
They call on the government to educate soldiers to protect civilians.
The faith communities inform foreigners to abide by the values of the indigenous people, respect, forgive and live in peace.
The leaders spoke during a peace crusade in Yambio town of Western Equatoria State.
