Christ the King Parish in Yei Catholic Diocese converted nine Christians to the catholic faith.
Presiding over the Bari mass on Sunday Fr Tom Poru Martin also enrolled 73 candidates to first Holy Communion Sacrament, appealing to parents to continue supporting conferees in every aspect of life, Radio Easter reported.
He hails the candidates for dedicating their time to finish the sacramental teachings amidst challenges.
Fr Poru also used the same occasion to caution youths against the dangers of narcotic drugs such as Marungi, opium and alcohol, saying they are forcing youths to become mad.
