The Community of the Daughters of St Paul Sisters is celebrating 100 years of foundation of its congregation on Sunday.
Sister Anne Kiragu recalls that the Daughters of St Paul Congregation was founded by blessed Fr James Alberione in Alba Church in the Northern part of Italy.
She says the congregation uses the media in evangelization to the masses of people destroyed by the First World War.
Sr Anne invites Christian Communities in South Sudan to join in prayers, giving thanks to God for making it 100 years.
The centenary celebration commences on Sunday at St Theresa’s Cathedral during the English Mass in the morning and later a get-together meal in the evening at St Joseph’s Church.
