Civil Society Organizations including South Sudan Law Society have noticed that the National Security Bill Act 2014 which was cunningly declared law in force amidst protests breaches the very constitution of the country.
South Sudan Law Society member Gasper Amule cites the mandate of the National Security Service and its oversight role as contravening South Sudan Transitional Constitution, 2011, Radio Bakhita reported.
