The training was organized by the state Assembly under the theme, “Parliamentary procedures, practices and private sector development.”
Talking to reporters, the Deputy speaker of the Assembly Mr. Hastin Yokwe said the training focused on Assembly procedures, Referendum and business enterprise development.
On access to credit, the minister for parliamentary affairs in Central Equatoria state, Mr. John Malis Duke praised the micro-finance initiative.
He said the local community would be able to receive loans to create and improve their businesses.
The training began on Monday and finished yesterday. Many MPs praised the training saying it would enable them participate and carry on their duties accordingly.
