Community Empowerment for Progress Organization or CEPO says it’s planning to carry out a platform dialogue between local authorities in Yei Municipality and the nongovernmental organizations or NGOs to jointly deliver services to citizens at the grass roots.
CEPO’s Executive Director Edmond Yakani says the forum would help in planning and budgeting between the two service providers, Radio Easter reported.
He appeals to the municipal leadership to consider CEPO’s coming down to create a platform to have productive dialogue between the NGOs and the Municipality.
The dialogue is expected to take place in the next ten days to be attended by civil society organizations, NGOs and the Local Government.
