Western Equatoria Governor appeals to all citizens in the state to calm down, urging that national government to investigate the killings and lootings that occurred in Mundri West County.
Bangasi Joseph Bakosoro instructed all soldiers who were at rampage in Mundri West to return to their barracks, be calm and keep discipline, Radio Anisa reported.
He blames the national government for hijacking the process of his initiative to negotiate with an angry person he calls Mr Welebe in Mundri.
The Governor says insecurity is imported to the state as a plot to destabilize the peaceful coexistence and unity of the people of Western Equatoria.
