Western Bahr El Ghazal State Governor in his opening remarks during stakeholders budgeting seminar calls for bottom up approach in the coming budgeting process to end the stereotype system that worked for the previous years for easy accountability and services delivery.
Rizik Zachariah Hassan clarifies that the seminar involves all stakeholders to come up with an inclusive budgeting to avoid misunderstanding among different institutions, radio Voice of Hope reported.
He directs Commissioners to prepare their financial projections including sources of revenues to ensure that collected County revenues are not diverted.
