The leadership of Sudan People’s Liberation Movement or SPLM says the party and army is expected to celebrate May 16 countrywide, calling on South Sudanese to unite during the upcoming commemoration.
SPLM Acting Secretary-General in press conference in Juba on Thursday describes the Day a pride for all South Sudanese because of joining hands in 1983 to liberate the country from Khartoum oppressive regime, Radio Bakhita reported.
Dr Itto says the ruling party is making effort to build roads, schools and health centers in order to transform lives of people in the country.
