President Salva Kiir Mayardit on Saturday conveyed his condolence message to the family and Western Equatoria State Legislative Assembly on the death of Charles Noti Rungi who passed away on Friday.
Presidential Press Secretary Ateny Wek Ateny who conveyed President’s condolence says the late Noti was very important member of the society who played a pivotal role during the liberation struggle.
The late Charles Noti Rungi was the first Speaker of Western Equatoria State Legislative Assembly State from 2005 to 2010.
