Yei Municipal Gender Child and Social Development Assistant Inspector calls on health authorities to regularly inspect small restaurants in the town and deal with dirty ones.
Apayi Zabibu Lodu laments that some small restaurants are unhygienic and are selling food in dirty environment with a lot of flies on tables, telling authorities to ensure that cooks working are healthy, Radio Easter reported.
The official is appealing to authorities to commit to the implementation of issued orders and laws to realize a positive change in the municipality.
