Morobo County Commissioner in Central Equatoria State issued a local order for the formation of town planning board to improve services delivery.
Moses Simon Soro in a decree dated 20, April says the board consists of Executive Director, Engineer, Surveyor, Medical Officer, Assistant Commissioners of Forestry and Agriculture, Paramount Chief, Legal Advisor and County Land Authority Representative, Radio Easter reported.
Commissioner’s order tasks the board of approving development plans of residential areas and buildings in urban areas of the county.
He directs the board to recommend appropriate action to the county land authority or administration on matters related to land administration and management including usage and disputes.
