Yei River County Department of Planning and Budgeting is collecting reports from each department on the used grants extended from the state.
County Assistant Inspector Monday Mary Sebit says they started with the information department to verify their reports on the implemented activities for 2014/2015 fiscal year, Radio Easter reported.
Information Inspector Ephraim Jomo Michael calls on the departments to be open in their presentation to the concerned team.
He complains that some departments receive grants once yet they are asked to present quarterly report, urging the planning section to clarify how much each department receives per month.
Acting County Executive Director Monday Yosia Bilal observes that presentation of reports is paramount for better planning for more activities’ implementation.
