Yei Catholic Bishop in his chrism mass homily on Holy Thursday calls on Christians to support priests at all levels.
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe told Christ the King congregation that priests sacrificed themselves to serve God, urging the faithful to defend their pastors in case of mistakes, Radio Easter reported.
Bishop Lodu also encourages priests while renewing their commitments to continue serving like Jesus who persevered in his ministry amidst challenges.
The Bishop consecrated the chrism oil at Christ the King Cathedral.
