Students of Bishop Abangite College in Yambio, Western Equatoria State on Monday after receiving laboratory apparatus, expressed more interest in science subjects.
A Senior Four science student, Mbugoniwia Joseph Lisan, told Radio Anisa that he would ensure to accomplish his vision of becoming a medical Doctor to help his community and the nation as his school got laboratory equipments for practical work.
Another science student, Faida Jullie Jackson, thanked Jesuit Refugees Service for donating science apparatus that would help the College to fully operate in the academic year.
Tuna Raila, a Senior Four Arts student, who wants to become an accountant to help communities save more money to care for their health, advised all students to put education first in order to have better and health family.
Bishop Abangite School prefect Donas Elias Dazanga said the equipments in the laboratory would help them in their South Sudan Certificate exams this year.
The students were speaking after the Catholic Bishop of Tombura-Yambio Barani Eduardo Hiiboro Kussala opened the school year with a Eucharistic celebration and blessed the laboratory, students and staff of Bishop Abangite College
