GoSS Information Minister, Dr. Barnaba Marial Benjamin, told the press that NCP and SPLM signed a memorandum of understanding to guide the two parties in the period after the referendum.
Dr. Marial explained that the agreement provided a frame work that would guide the CPA partners when discussing issues concerning post referendums arrangements.
Dr. Marial added that NCP and SPLM met in Ethiopia and agreed on the ways the negation would be conducted.
Mr. Marial explained that four committees on citizenship, security, internationaltreaties and wealth sharing will be formed to tackle the various issues concerning them incase of separation or Unity of Sudan.
