Wau County Commissioner says police will have no excuse to decline serving clients at night after United Nations Mission in South Sudan or UNMISS’ construction of five-office and three-custody rooms for police service at 50 thousand US Dollars.

Elia Kamilio Dimo tells masses that the construction of police station in Wau means the implementation of the rule of law should take root, Voice of Hope reported.

Commissioner Kamilio instructs Wau police administration to make the station engaged in service delivery.

The commissioner challenges government and local communities to finish up equipping the constructed police station with fence, toilet, electricity power and office facilities rather than relying on UNMISS all the time.

UNMISS Wau Acting Coordinator discloses that the Mission is planning to implement the police station construction projects in Jur River County.
