Situation in Wau returns to normal

Western Bahr El Ghazal Acting Governor confirmed that situation in Wau town returned to normal after police protesters and SPLA clash left four people dead and five others wounded and interrupted businesses on Monday.
 
Zachariah Joseph Garang said businesses resumed ordinarily and that police salary concerns was addressed, Radio Voice of Hope reported.
 
He said SPLA forces withdrew from the Police Headquarters and that the police can now resume their normal duties.
 
Markets and schools resumed on Thursday morning with employees reporting for their normal duties.
